Stegmeier has also been listed in the Los Angeles Times Magazine’s “Super Lawyers” edition each year since 2004 she has also been honored with the “Top Attorneys In Southern California” distinction by Los Angeles Magazine. Stegmeier was named one of the Best Lawyers in Orange County by Orange Coast Magazine every year that the magazine published a list. This award is given for excellence and professionalism in the practice of Family Law. In 1999, she was the recipient of the prestigious Charles Garrity Award, which is given only periodically by the Family Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association. Stegmeier was named the Family Law Trial Attorney of the Year by the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. In 2010 she was awarded the publication’s highest award for family law in Orange County: “Orange County Family Lawyer of the Year”. She is also a Founding Fellow of the Society of Fellows of the Orange County Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors for the National AAML Foundation.
